Continuing from the fall: a bi-weekly Irish Fiddle Workshop Series.
Come learn a tune by ear*, add bowing and ornamentation, and play it together with a small group.
Historical and musical background will be offered with the tunes. Recordings will be listened to. Supplementary material will be offered. Great fun will be had!
Prerequisites: knowledge of the D and G major scales.
Winter Session: meets Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM on JAN 10th, JAN 24th, and FEB 7th.
$45 for all or $20 for drop in.
