Hello friends,
Amid these particularly tense times, on this first early dark evening of Standard Time, I'd like to talk to you a little bit about learning music. What could be better to help us through?!
First - this is time sensitive TONIGHT:

I'm super excited to be teaching at the Winter Village Music Camp 2025 in Ithaca, NY, on January 9th - 12th. Registration is open now and early registration savings end tonight (Sunday, November 3rd).
All the details to learn more and register are here but just check out the list of instructors if you need help getting excited!
The organizers say: “Whether you’re a beginner picking up an instrument for the first time, a seasoned player wanting to enhance your skills, or a teacher looking for new inspiration, this camp has something for everyone.”
Consider joining us!

I suppose I'm particularly excited about music camps at the moment because I just got home from a week in the Louisiana prairie at Blackpot Camp - learning and playing music, dancing, and eating the most delicious food. I'm still collecting my thoughts from the trip, but suffice it to say that I'm feeling musically refreshed and inspired.
And with that, I'll keep this message short. But if you are interested in learning or playing or talking about music with me, I'm all ears. Please drop me a line! I'm slowly updating my website with more current music education offerings, but I'd love to hear about what you are interested in and curious about.
