Menu:
- Blue Grass Russet Cider- A blend of traditional American cider apples with some English Bittersweets. Naturally sparkling.
Paired with: Baked wonton layered with pulled pork and peaches
- Old Time Cider-a blend of apples from wild and abandoned orchard trees blended with a small amount of Bittersweets and other heirlooms such as Merton Russet, Golden Russet, Calville Blanc.
Paired with: Crispy skin rainbow trout and thyme scented roasted russet potatoes and a grape jus
- Pommeau Cider-a blend of Apple Spirits (Eau de Vie) with unfermented and unfiltered apple cider. Notice the slightest hints of clove, fresh apples and butterscotch and its non-cloying brightness.
Paired with: Sharp NY cheddar and baked apple compote
